Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of streamerhubb.com (the "Service"), operated by StreamerHubb ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA / UK) to use StreamerHubb. If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. To purchase a subscription you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate other people or claim a streaming channel that isn't yours.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraud / abuse.
- You can close your account anytime in /account.
3. Plans & pricing
StreamerHubb offers three things:
- Free viewing: browse live streams, top games, and verified streamers without an account, or sign up free for up to 3 favorites + email alerts on those favorites.
- Viewer Alerts Pro — $1.99/month. Unlimited favorites, weekly vote on the next FEATURED streamer, push notifications when available.
- Streamer Pro — $9.99/month. Verified ✓ badge across the Service, eligibility for the FEATURED rotation, custom bio + avatar.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; price changes apply at your next renewal.
4. Cancellation & refunds
- You can cancel anytime from /account → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months.
- EU / UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive — email billing@streamerhubb.com within 14 days of your first charge for a refund. Once you've actively used a paid feature (cast a vote, claimed a verified badge), you waive that right by acknowledging it.
- Chargeback abuse may result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable use
Don't do any of the following:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or automate the Service in ways that degrade performance for others.
- Try to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or subscription gating.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Upload content (avatar URL, bio, channel names) that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
- Claim a streamer profile that isn't yours, or impersonate another creator.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Game the FEATURED vote with multiple accounts or automated voting.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for any violation. Repeat offenders are banned permanently.
6. Streamer accounts & verification
- The verified ✓ badge confirms an active Streamer Pro subscription. It is not an endorsement of the streamer's content.
- You must have legitimate ownership of the platform handle you claim. We may require proof of ownership and may revoke verification if a claim is disputed.
- We may exclude any streamer from the FEATURED rotation at our sole discretion (e.g., illegal, harmful, or off-policy content).
7. Advertising
- Ads are sold directly. Submitting the /advertise form is not a commitment — pricing and creative are agreed in writing.
- We retain the right to refuse any creative we deem misleading, deceptive, or off-brand.
- Final creative must comply with applicable advertising law in the regions where it runs.
8. Content from third parties
StreamerHubb aggregates publicly available live-stream metadata from Twitch, YouTube, and Kick via their official APIs. We display thumbnails and titles under each platform's API terms. Watching a stream takes you to the original platform — your interaction there is governed by that platform's terms.

9. Intellectual property
StreamerHubb's name, logo, "Ghost Grid" design system, and software are our property. You don't get any rights to them by using the Service. Your own content (bio, avatar URL you submit) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and route it within the Service to make it work.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uptime, that streams will load, that alerts will arrive on any specific schedule, or that platform APIs will keep working. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamerHubb's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data.
This doesn't limit liability that can't be excluded by law (e.g., gross negligence, fraud, statutory consumer rights).
12. Indemnity
You'll defend and hold us harmless against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
Either party can end this agreement anytime. Sections that should reasonably survive termination — Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Intellectual Property — survive.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Seward County, Nebraska, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have where you live.
15. Changes
We'll update the "Effective" date above for any change. Material changes will be announced by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
