Copyright / DMCA Policy

Effective: April 26, 2026

StreamerHubb respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and equivalent laws in other countries.

What we host

StreamerHubb is a discovery layer for live streams hosted on Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. We retrieve thumbnails, titles, and metadata from those platforms' official APIs and link out to the original stream. We do not host or rebroadcast video content. If your content appears in a live thumbnail or title here, the underlying file lives on the original streaming platform — your fastest path is usually a takedown to that platform directly.

That said, we will remove a thumbnail, listing, or claimed streamer profile from our index if a valid notice indicates infringement.

Sending a notice

Send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent at dmca@streamerhubb.com. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), it must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on StreamerHubb that is allegedly infringing — please include the full URL (e.g., https://streamerhubb.com/streamers/...) so we can find it.
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone, email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Misrepresentations are punishable. 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) imposes liability for knowingly false claims. Don't use this process to suppress competition or for any non-copyright dispute.

How we respond

  1. We acknowledge valid notices within 3 business days.
  2. If complete, we remove or disable access to the listed material expeditiously.
  3. We notify the affected user (the streamer who claimed the profile, where applicable) and give them a chance to file a counter-notice.

Counter-notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@streamerhubb.com including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, the Southern District of New York), and that you'll accept service of process from the original notifier.

On receiving a complete counter-notice, we'll forward it to the original notifier. If they don't file suit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

Users who receive multiple valid copyright notices will have their account terminated and verified status revoked, consistent with our Terms of Service.
